XpressAffinity- Protein Beads

MagGenome’s Xpress Affinity Protein Beads provides a fast and convenient method for affinity based purification of antibodies, enzymes and proteins. Affinity ligands (protein A, G, L, Glutathione) are immobilized on bare magnetic nanoparticles (size range: 10-20nm) using our novel patented magnetic nanoparticle technology. The blocking step during preparation of the resin minimizes non-specific binding of other contaminating proteins present in the biological samples and also minimizes leaching of affinity ligands from the matrix.
